Little Thinkers Wylie Robotics Registration

If you choose to pay monthly, please select the "Deposit Payment" option of $158 for the first month. After that, your card will be charged $158 every 4 weeks. For those opting for the trial period, the initial payment will be $80, with the remaining balance or monthly payments starting after the trial period if you choose to continue.

  • The first two weeks of the program will serve as a trial period. If you decide to continue after the trial period, the remaining balance or monthly payments will be charged accordingly.

  • Start with an initial payment of $158, and the remaining balance will be automatically charged every 4 weeks.

Activity: Robotics Team Participation (including robotics engineering, programming, competitions, and other related activities)

I, the undersigned participant (or parent/guardian if the participant is under 18), in consideration of being permitted to participate in the Little Thinkers Wylie Robotics Team, hereby agree as follows:

Acknowledgment of Risks: I understand and acknowledge that participation in the Little Thinkers Wylie Robotics activities involves inherent risks and dangers of accidents, injury, and personal harm, including but not limited to the risks associated with robotics engineering, programming, competitions, and other related activities. I understand these risks and assume all responsibility and risk of participation in the Team.

Release and Waiver of Liability: I hereby release, discharge, and covenant not to sue 8020edu LLC., its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, and any other parties involved in the Little Thinkers Wylie Robotics Team (collectively, "Releasees") from all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages on my account caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise, including negligent rescue operations. Further, I agree that if, despite this release, I or anyone on my behalf makes a claim against any of the Releasees, I will indemnify, save, and hold harmless each of the Releasees from any litigation expenses, attorney fees, loss, liability, damage, or cost that may incur as a result of such claim.

Medical Treatment Consent: In the event of an injury, accident, or illness during my participation in the Little Thinkers Wylie Robotics Team, I consent to receive medical treatment deemed necessary by licensed medical personnel. I agree to be responsible for all costs associated with medical care and transportation provided.

Acknowledgment of Understanding: I have read this waiver of liability and fully understand its terms. I understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. I acknowledge that I am signing this waiver freely and voluntarily and intend my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.

1. Registration and Payment: Participants must complete the registration process and make the full payment or opt for monthly payments of $140 to secure their spot in the Little Thinkers Wylie Robotics Team. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. No Refund Policy: Once registration and payment are completed, no refunds will be issued. Participants are encouraged to consider their commitment before registering.

3. Team Conduct: Participants are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully at all times. Disruptive behavior, bullying, or any form of harassment will not be tolerated. The Little Thinkers Wylie Robotics Team reserves the right to dismiss any participant who violates these conduct rules without a refund.

4. Safety and Supervision: The safety of participants is our top priority. All activities will be supervised by qualified staff, and participants are required to follow all safety instructions and guidelines.

5. Unregistered Siblings: Participants should not bring unregistered siblings or other guests to the robotics sessions. Only registered participants are allowed in the designated activity areas.

6. Personal Belongings: Little Thinkers Wylie Robotics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Participants are encouraged to leave valuables at home.

7. Health and Medical Information: Participants must provide accurate health and medical information during registration. This includes any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs that staff should be aware of.

8. Photo and Video Release: By participating in the Little Thinkers Wylie Robotics Team, you grant Little Thinkers Wylie Robotics the right to take photographs and video footage of the activities, which may include participants, and to use these for promotional materials unless otherwise stated.

9. Program Changes: Little Thinkers Wylie Robotics reserves the right to make changes to the team schedule or activities due to unforeseen circumstances or to enhance the experience.

10. Emergency Procedures: In case of an emergency, staff will follow established emergency procedures and notify parents/guardians as soon as possible.

11. Acceptance of Terms: By registering for the Little Thinkers Wylie Robotics Team, participants (and their parents/guardians, if under 18) agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
